All of John Hinderer’s associates are great. From the All of John Hinderer’s associates are great. From the 1st phone call to schedule service, to the final bill were great. Have to give shoutouts to Zack and my technician Jay. That’s why I have been working with Hinderer for over 18 years.
Said they checked brakes on inspection but wasn't marked on inspection sheet. Other than that was pretty fast and convenient for oil change. And they washed my car.
Got a good vehicle. Have had some issues with tires and some minor flaws with vehicle. To be expected from a used car. Salesman didn't seem to know much about the car. Service staff excellent.
