I was disappointed the last two times as I had to return for further repairs. Both times it was routine work that was neglected. The first time the tires weren’t rotated as requested and then a part fell off the car. The second visit the tires were rotated but not inflated and the low tire pressure signal came on twice necessitating two trip back to the dealer.
My car is from a VIrginia dealer, but the service was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. Brian was especially friendly, and helpful in giving advice.
We had a great experience everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection was spot on. It went as smooth as possible and was relatively quick. Plus every staff member we came in contact with was really pleasant.
Purchased a 2014 Malibu and couldn't be happier the car drives great and the finance team were very helpful and knowledgeable would definitely recommend.

Great service experience. They were very thorough as always. Right on time with the quoted “wait time” on my vehicle. Jarrod Ridgeway took care of us and was very polite, friendly, and professional during the whole encounter. The older lady running the refreshment area is always a sweetheart when we are there. Added bonus for the freshly baked cookies that were available for customers- my little girl sure enjoyed them :) This has been the only place I’ve taken my Pilot to be serviced-you guys do a great job.
Really enjoyed Michael Lanfranc and he sure goes the extra mile for his customers!! Looked at multiple dealers but they had the best and biggest selection.
