The buying experience is always an anxious time for me. Hinderer Assosiates were kind and courteous. They took the time and explained different options that were open to me. I ultimately chose to lease for the first time in my life. I will honestly not know how it works out in the end but feel that it will be good for my current status. I should have no problem with mileage restrictions and now have a vehicle that I can count on over the next three years. I'll see how I feel after three years.
My car is from a VIrginia dealer, but the service was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. Brian was especially friendly, and helpful in giving advice.
I was going to leave without making a purchase do to the Used Inventory for what I was wanting to purchase that was available on the day I chose to go. Sales Department stepped in Gear, and I left with my first lease ever a 2020 CRV EX-L it has everything I wanted out of a Vehicle and then some. Did I mention it was NEW. Sales Answered all my questions, put all my options out there I left the Dealership completely comfortable, and satisfied with my decision.
We had a great experience everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection was spot on. It went as smooth as possible and was relatively quick. Plus every staff member we came in contact with was really pleasant.
I was disappointed the last two times as I had to return for further repairs. Both times it was routine work that was neglected. The first time the tires weren’t rotated as requested and then a part fell off the car. The second visit the tires were rotated but not inflated and the low tire pressure signal came on twice necessitating two trip back to the dealer.
Very quick and efficient process. very friendly people that cared about my experience and the quality of product that they were providing me with. Would certainly recommended friends!
