Smooth Sailing My experience was that everything that was scheduled was completed on time with no extra pressure. Information was provided regarding a maintenance item that was needed and that will be accomplished at a later time.
I had serious doubts since my credit was bad and I was upside down in another car, but wow I got the car I wanted! I love my oddessy. Jason needles amazing, and Henry tiller is a true diamond in the ruff. When they say somthing the mean it. I was so pleased. Henry is even helping get money back on the other car I bought since my uncle took advantage of me. However Tyler Macintosh was as rude could be. Henry stepped in and made it better.
Michael Lanfranc and the rest of the Hinderer team were top notch. exceptional service and work ethic to get me the best deal and truck possible. The work they put in to make sure I was put in the best financial situation possible was above and beyond.
Friendly and helpful service Service Department was friendly and helpful. Waiting area was clean and well stocked with both healthy snacks and not so healthy snacks. Woman baking cookies was very nice.
