Always fast friendly service. Quick greeting upon pulling into garage. The service manager goes over options. Car is delivered back on time and with thorough review of work done. Even washed!

Great service at John Hinderer We worked with Westin Brown on buying a used Civic for our family and he was great to work with. Addressed all of our concerns and even dropped the car at our house -- 45 minutes away -- when it was ready.
Love my Service Department, but the “new” oil change express service not so much. No appointments means waiting-liked it better when you could set up a time.
I've seen big changes in the service department in the last 2 years. Not as good anymore. I've had to come back twice 2 different times for service.
