Great Service Hinderer Honda goes out of its way to provide great service. The waiting area is great for those who wait for their cars. Sandi Reitter did an excellent job as the hostess.
Routine oil change, tire rotation I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment (finished errands early). My truck, however, was taken right in, and work completed. Left 30 minutes before I anticipated. In the lounge, I was personally offered coffee or coke, and a breakfast snack. I can’t get over the efficiency, and attention to detail of Hinderer Honda. Great Service Hinderer Honda has always provided great routine service and when I was in an accident, made excellent repairs. I appreciate that they note the different things that need addressed for routine care, but don’t come on with the hard sell if you want to wait to have something done.
Even though my fiance and I had some changes from our first encounter the sales and finance team did a great job of making this deal happen.
This was the most detailed communication I have had. I have question why my transmission stalls once in a while while I back out of my garage and again when putting the gear in drive, among other thing. The service agent was very interested in my question by asking me many questions. It was time for 30,000 mile service along with oil change. Provided what was expected. Every thing was fine until you insist on 25 words. Service was fine, friendly, on time, washed CR-V. Now my only complaint is you insist on 25 word comment.
