Provided what was expected. Every thing was fine until you insist on 25 words. Service was fine, friendly, on time, washed CR-V. Now my only complaint is you insist on 25 word comment.
Great Service Hinderer Honda has always provided great routine service and when I was in an accident, made excellent repairs. I appreciate that they note the different things that need addressed for routine care, but don’t come on with the hard sell if you want to wait to have something done.
This was the most detailed communication I have had. I have question why my transmission stalls once in a while while I back out of my garage and again when putting the gear in drive, among other thing. The service agent was very interested in my question by asking me many questions. It was time for 30,000 mile service along with oil change. Michael Lanfranc was a great salesperson and very communicative throughout the whole car buying process. Very nice dealership...Everyone I met there was very polite and welcoming.
I took my Honda Odyssey in to Hinderer to have the Auto Butler treatment applied. When I picked it up I thought I had a brand new vehicle. It looked better then new! I was so impressed and beyond happy. The person who did the work does outstanding work! He should be given a bonus!
Explanation right on The service rep was very informative and explained it thoroughly. He explained what needed to be done and what was over due. And answered other questions I had about what I wanted to have done in the future.
90,000 mile service I took my vehicle in for 90,000 mile service.. I am very happy with the service department. They do a thorough job and explain in detail what is being done and why. I am always happy with their workmanship and the time it takes to get the work done. I feel very confident in their service and would have no problem recommending them to others. Bonus is getting the car washed after the service.
