Good purchase and service Excellent everything - we bought our Accord there. We are out of town, so we don't routinely use their service, but when we have, it was top-notch.
They got me in for service, inspected the van, didn t pressure me into anything, inspected their work. Jerrod was really helpful. Good stuff as I had went to other Honda shops east of Columbus and have felt invisible or the techs did not inspect their work, so I will be definitely coming back here.
Our pilot had an electrical component issue I had it towed to the dealership on a Saturday they made the necessary repairs that day. I also wanted to do a major 105,000 mile service that would take a full day. They completed that as well as recalls for air bags and had the vehicle back and ready by 3:00 pm on Sunday What a great group of people very friendly and sensitive to our needs and concerns.

Excellent service. Service was quick and thorough. We scheduled our 40000 mile service. During the service Dave Streets asked if the battery was the original. We said yes and he said the multi point check showed it needed replaced. I was so grateful because I thought it had been a little slow at times but forgot to mention it. The expert service may very well have saved us from being stranded somewhere with a dead battery.
Bryan was very helpful and friendly! Appeared to know what he was doing. Explained the results of my inspection throughly. He was also easily understandable.
Car looks great, salesman gave me a price match on the way out. Got the seat covers out back on without any problem I was impressed
