Bryan was very helpful and friendly! Appeared to know what he was doing. Explained the results of my inspection throughly. He was also easily understandable.

Excellent service. Service was quick and thorough. We scheduled our 40000 mile service. During the service Dave Streets asked if the battery was the original. We said yes and he said the multi point check showed it needed replaced. I was so grateful because I thought it had been a little slow at times but forgot to mention it. The expert service may very well have saved us from being stranded somewhere with a dead battery.
Our pilot had an electrical component issue I had it towed to the dealership on a Saturday they made the necessary repairs that day. I also wanted to do a major 105,000 mile service that would take a full day. They completed that as well as recalls for air bags and had the vehicle back and ready by 3:00 pm on Sunday What a great group of people very friendly and sensitive to our needs and concerns.
This dealership took care of what my car needed. They offered world class customer service to me. Jason and Luis teamed up to create an experience that made me feel like coming back and referring them to my friends and family.

Great service nice waiting lounge friendly staff cold pop free cookie and they washed my car and topped off all of my fluids for free. Jacob dornbees took care of me.
You can suffer through the buying process at any dealership but you come to Hinderer for SERVICE! The guys are great! They get you in and out! You wait in a nice area with snacks and a pleasant hostess... wu fi and TV. I do wish they offered more discounts in the mail but I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
Amy Miracle is an excellent saleswoman that put me at ease while buying my car. Being a woman walking into a car dealership alone can be very nerve wracking but she made me feel comfortable and calm. She genuinely wants to help you and make your experience seamless. I highly recommend her!
