Electronic Navigation System Failure (2018 CRV) Just had a fantastic experience at Hinderer. All of my electronic sensing devices quit working on my 2018 CR-V. I took my vehicle in expecting to hear that somehow it wasn't fully covered by the warranty or it wasn't fixable,. Boy, was I wrong. Great People!! Tonya was a wonderful and accommodating salesperson! She was patient with me and made time for all of my questions. Excellent service, even the coffee People who work at John Hinderer Honda are very attentive to the customers. The man who checked my car in at the front door was pleasant and helpful. And the woman who serves snacks in the waiting area was kind and thoughtful. I asked about coffee and she handed me the one she had just poured for herself! She went around making sure everyone was cared for, just what we need in this stressful world!
