Very nice, attentive As always, when I pulled up a nice young man came right over happy to see me. He escorted me to a desk where I dropped off my keys, and headed for lounge. Very pleasant women helped me make a cup of coffee and offered snacks. Short time later, I was done. The young man thought my car was parked a little too close to the next one, and hopped right in to back it out for me. Very pleasant experience! Great people.
2004 Honda Accord Water pump and timing belt replacement U guys saved me a headache replacing my water pump and timing belt. Spoke with David several times to get everything scheduled just right. The only way I was able to afford the service, and know it would be done correctly, was because they used my already purchased parts. If it wasn't for this, I would've been forced to attempt the fix on my own in the weather since I'm caught in the middle of trying to move and have no access to a garage and a few of the tools. Last 3 cars from this dealer was great. 2 pre-owned and 1 ne I've delta with this dealer for 13 years for sales, finance, and service. Never an issue, and if their is they'll make it right. No reason for me to go elsewhere. Honda makes a great vehicle and the dealer does great work.

Brakes replaced and rotors turned Luis is very helpful and and assists in getting set up and done timely. The service was fine on time and we were able to get on our way.

Excellent job done in a timely manner I was at a loss when I couldn’t start the engine of my car. I was about to drive home from work, 50 minutes driving distance. I was fortunate to have my car towed and get it fixed within a few hours at John Hinderer Honda Heath and drove home safely.
