Excellent service, even the coffee People who work at John Hinderer Honda are very attentive to the customers. The man who checked my car in at the front door was pleasant and helpful. And the woman who serves snacks in the waiting area was kind and thoughtful. I asked about coffee and she handed me the one she had just poured for herself! Great People!! Tonya was a wonderful and accommodating salesperson! She was patient with me and made time for all of my questions. She explained all of the different features in the Accord during the test-drive. She accompanied me in Finance and until my car returned from Detail!! Overall excellent David did a nice job and tried to help with any needed issues. If I had one thing I would change it is very distracting to have sales person on your test drive. I have been on many test drives and never had salesperson go with me.

Great service! From the moment I entered the service department, the young man who greeted me could not have been nicer and more polite! He showed me to the waiting area where a very nice lady made me a cup of coffee! Another employee was walking through and asked if I would like a piece of retirement cake, as one of their employees was retiring. I don’t mind waiting on my vehicle to be serviced with first class service like this.
