New Car I looked at a car on the USAA app, and I found a nice 2016 red Toyota RAV4 and requested more information. Within five minutes I got a call asking if I'd like to come look at it. The moment I walked onto the lot I was created by the most friendly staff I've ever encountered, they knew exactly who I was and what car I was interested in. Fantastic service all around, and made my car buying experience as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend
Always fast and thorough I took it in just to get a new key, which took less than half the time I expected, on a Saturday. They told me there was an airbag recall, and they could take care of it within an hour, so we waited. Free wifi and snacks in tge waiting room, several TVs, reasonably comfy chairs. Packed with people this particular Saturday, but in the end we were there less than an hour. Fast, professionally friendly.
