New Car I looked at a car on the USAA app, and I found a nice 2016 red Toyota RAV4 and requested more information. Within five minutes I got a call asking if I'd like to come look at it. The moment I walked onto the lot I was created by the most friendly staff I've ever encountered, they knew exactly who I was and what car I was interested in. Fantastic service all around, and made my car buying experience as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend
Rear end damage to bumper and tailgate along with defective Repair was done correctly but when van was returned rear tail light does not work along with brake light. Rear tail light assembly is going to cost me over a $100 to repair. This was removed for repair and now doesnt work. Was told paint was covered under warranty then told when picking up I would be charged $100 for the paint repair. I disputed charge and eventually it was removed but if I hadnt had been looking for it they would have charged me. The staff was frie... read more
Always fast and thorough I took it in just to get a new key, which took less than half the time I expected, on a Saturday. They told me there was an airbag recall, and they could take care of it within an hour, so we waited. Free wifi and snacks in tge waiting room, several TVs, reasonably comfy chairs. Packed with people this particular Saturday, but in the end we were there less than an hour. Fast, professionally friendly.

Body repair Repaired body that was damaged by hitting a deer. So far looks good but it has rained since picking the van up. Scuff on hood still there but all damaged pieces are looking good.
