Just what we were looking for ! Lea went above and beyond to get us in this car along with a couple other finance people! 10/10 rating for her and dealership! She treated our kids like her own when they were getting crazy in there, they had a play room and snakes fit everyone! Service and Tire Rotation The service Agent who greeted me was very kind and explained everything well. My only complaint would be that my wiper fluid was not refilled. I did not realize until a day later, or I would’ve gone back. Overall, it was fine.
Repair and maintenance of 2015 CRV Issue with previous service was quickly resolved. Service tech Jay was excellent. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and performed repair and scheduled maintenance. I will request Jay for future service. Johnathan Hinderer and Service Manager Jason we’re very professional, helpful, and courteous.
Maintenance The customer service and service itself is usually always phenomenal and this time was no exception. Phillip and Bryan are both great and the car was wonderful.
