Todd was super nice. Less impressed with the shop. Todd, the estimator, was very friendly. He drove us over to Target so we wouldn’t have to wait in the lobby. While burning time, I received a call from the body shop that they ran into a snag and that they ordered the wrong part and that the correct part wouldn’t be there until the next day. Great experience I came in and wasn’t sure if I would be able to trade in my current car for what I wanted because of monthly payments. Jordan was outstanding and did everything he could to get me into my new vehicle. The staff was very kind and friendly. I would recommend to anyone ! I definitely will not be going anywhere else.
Consistent service I've had my CR-V in a few time for various maintenance and check engine lights over the last few years. The service team has always been friendly, upfront with needs and costs, and timely with fixes. Jarrod is usually my service advisor and knows me when I come in and follows up with me to be sure I'm satisfied with the work done. Nice waiting area too. Thank you for the coffee and cookies. :-)

Only people I let touch my Odyssey I've been taking my 2003 Odyssey in for service here and only here since 2003. This is the only service place that I've ever let touch my Honda, including once when I had trouble out of town and had it towed here rather than letting someone out of town service it.
