Ron Strong went out of his way to help me Ron came over to me while I was having my previous Honda serviced. He asked me what kind of car I was looking for. I told him I wanted a Clarity or other plug-in electric vehicle. He told me those weren’t available here in Ohio, but he could see about a hybrid. Amazing results. Dustin was phenomenal. He was able to work with us and our budget and get us the vehicle we wanted at price we couldn’t turn down. Overall great experience from Dustin, his manager, and the finance crew.
I like the service here ... however I recently moved to the Heath area and started having my vehicle serviced here. I like the ease of scheduling and the price is fair (they even offer military discount) however I just had an oil change done and a multipoint inspection was done as well. One of the comments in the multipoint inspection was that my engine air filter needed attention when I had just replaced it myself two days prior.
Overall good experience.🤗 I felt comfortable and confident in the dealership and personnel. My concerns were listened to and the work was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Thanks🤗

Wonderful buying experience I wasn’t looking to buy a new car the day I went in. We were there for my daughter to buy. We both bought 2019 Civics. Dustin Boucher is a wonderful salesman and cares about potential customers as much as the Honda brand.
