Car Repair My 2018 civic was acting very different, every light possible was on inside the car. Being that it is a new car, I was concerned about the transmission, electrical system, and brake system working correctly. I dropped it off, and they worked on it until it was like new. They kept me up to speed on what they were checking and what they were doing every step of the way.
I had a hitch installed this week. Every member of the service team with whom I spoke was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I would recommend Hinderer Honda and their service team to others who are in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle. There is no reason to make that drive into Columbus!

Wonderful Experience! We definitely did not come in to John Hinderer looking for a new vehicle! Unexpected repairs on our current car led us to question if trading it in wouldn’t be a better option.
