Golf break! My 2010 Honda Civic LX decided to break down on the way to my golf league. I had my car towed to John Hinderer Honda and the service department said they would try to get it repaired right away. I received a call 3-hrs later, and was told my throttle body was faulty. They had the part shipped in overnight, and my car was repaired the next day. I was so pleased with the fast service, so I decided to have my interior cleaned and shampoo. Enjoyable, took less time than expected. The refreshments were excellent and fresh. The wifi worked. The staff was kind and courteous. The restroom was spotless and the tv was on fox news and hard to ignore.
Excellent service I was recently in a car accident and needed to find a new car quickly. The service I received from all three gentleman I worked was excellent. Dustin was very professional and personal. Never have any trouble! Had to go in Bc my skid plate was scraping the ground. Express service repaired it for me. Car is still under warranty so there was no cost to me. In and out in less than 30 min which was awesome since I didn’t have an appt!
