60 thousand mile check John -helpful by showing me what needed done. Like waiting room and snacks John should have introduced himself and told me final cost plus tax
Vacation check Very quick and thorough service! Ice cream, cookies etc available for short wait. Was very impressed with the employees and service. When finished, they even sat down with me explaining what was done, and did I have any questions! Would definitely recommend!! Also, no charge!
Excellent First oil changed , quick in and out. Loved the waiting area and the free car wash , would recommend service every time. Will definitely go back
Was great till I had a issue with the car wash Had a great time working with mr foster and mr needles but a had an issue with the car wash after they left and don’t know who I talked with with but that the car wash almost tore the hubcap off the car the but they said it was my fault witch I didn’t think was fair did not even have the car 24 hrs yet They could of made that right First time through the car wash will explain if I get a call back Other then that had an awesome experience

Mediocrity and Complacency at their Best Salespersons motivated by 100% commission seemed more interested in high-volume, low-profit-margin-type strategies than personal engagement with the customers. Who you are doesn’t matter, because this dealer sells more cars than all the other dealers on that road combined, they know customers are fungible and if you don’t buy, there are plenty of others to follow after who will. Recall repair to both airbags Great customer service and quality repair quickly. A bonus is the customer lounge area! Who doesn’t like FREE freshly baked cookies, ice cream and beverages.
Great service with long wait time I often prefer going to John hindered honda for oil changes over other places. They are located 32 minutes away from where I live, but they send coupons that makes it worth the distance. The only thing negative I would have to say is the long wait time even when an appointment has been made. I always wait 1.5 to 2 hours just for an oil change. Sometimes they will compensate for it but it’s never promised. I still would rather go here for services. They have cookies and drinks with free WiFi ... read more
