Awesome attention!! We had called in advance, our situation had a few dynamics that needed extra attention and the attention we received was phenomenal! They assured us that they could help and did just that! We had heard from other dealerships that we could be approved but with only certain vehicles to choose from. Extremely Helpful and Friendly! Long story short, I broke down at the rest stop closest to this dealership. I was five hours into an eleven hour drive, by myself with two small children. I was able to limp my van into their service center, on a busy Saturday, very far from home. The team members were awesome. They took my van in, directed me into their waiting area, and herded my children into their own playroom with TV, and toys. Great customer service Amy Miracle was very professional and courteous. She was never pushy and listened to our needs. Our questions were answered and concerns addressed. The dealership offers a lot of extra services to help customers even after the purchase of their vehicle. We recommend them and will consider purchasing from them again in the future.
