Fast and friendly oil change Despite it being a very busy day, Zach was helpful to me and efficient. He explained an issue I was having and ordered the part I needed on the spot.
Great as always. Both of our sons and now we have purchased our vehicles at JHH. And we have had all our service done there. Hondas are worth every dime spent on them. JHH goes above and beyond to provide the best dealership experience we have ever had. Both buying and servicing cars can be stressful and JHH makes the experience as comfortable as possible. Auto body repair I was involved in a minor fender bender. The repair work was excellent and everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
Overall good service I took my Honda here to be serviced under warranty. The tire pressure sensor wouldn't recalibrate. Overall good service. They got me in quick and I felt taken care of when I dropped off the car. They even offered to drive me to work and the staff was friendly. I'm only giving 4/5 stars because of their response to my lingering concerns when they called to say it was fixed. They had to recalibrate it three times before it "took". Always pleased I brought my car into honda today for an issue with my AC. I was worried about being able to get it in because we leave for vacation in two weeks. I called and they were able to get me in same day! Everyone was a pleasure as always. Even though my issue was unable to be resolved and needs to be seen at a GM dealership I was overall extremely pleased.
