Great first service This was my first vehicle to get serviced at John Hinderer and I found the staff helpful and courteous. They were able to update the car’s computer and service the vehicle in under 2 hours.
Was quick and everyone was very nice. Had two vehicles . Fast and friendly explained everything to us of what they were going to do. We had two vehicles in at the same time and got both of them out quickly.
It was great Very pleased with how nice everyone was, they did everything they could to make sure i was happy with what i bought, im very pleased with the service
Good people knowledgeable- not pushy Ryan was great. Friendly, patient, not pushy. I can’t stand some of the techniques car dealerships use. I had a bad experience at Lindsey Honda seven years ago so I went to John hinderer Honda on the recommendation of a friend. I had a great experience and I drove away in a very new and used 2018 HRV
Oil change Was a little early for appointment. They went ahead & took it. They provided a shuttle to go to a restaurant & eat while they were servicing our vehicle.
Excellent Everyone was professional and friendly love all the extra lifetime benefits the unlimited car wash's, the professional way tyler mcclung explained all the many different bells and whistle all the interior has to offer. And john lee explained all the exterior on outside.
Oil change and tire rotation The waiting area is comfortable. Several televisions provide entertainment. The waiting area includes coffee, cookies, fruit and ice cream. The work was completed in a timely manner and the washed my car.
Wonderful wonderful wonderful Gene and I were treated with respect and keep informed all the way what was going on with everything. Pleasure doing business with all people involved
Excellent service!! We arrived at our appointment time for routine service. Our car was taken right in. The tech offered to also handle our recall at the same time. Which made it way more convenient. The service was all performed very quickly. They reviewed everything with us and we were on our way.
