Air Conditioner Charged I called on a Wednesday morning to see if they could squeeze me in as I was going on vacation in 2 days. My air conditioner quite blowing cold air. They got me in right away, gave me a ride back to work, and then delivered the car to me at the end of my work day. It was great!!!! I couldn't have asked for better service from John or the gentleman that gave me a ride to and from work. Thank you for making my vacation trip cool!!! Shelly Terrell
Stress Free I had the most stress free experience All questions were answered,All that I dealt with were very professional, and made sure I understood everything I was signing... Even tho I was just the co signer..I love how they took the time and showed all the features the car had. I will most definitely recommend this dealership.
Great experience Came in to look at a specific used car. It turned out that car was no longer available. Matt did a great job working with me to find something else that met my needs.
Oil change and tire rotation. The did a great job. I have issues with the display going goofy every time my tires are rotated. So they need to drive it around the block so I do not have to make a second trip every time I get this service. There service department is great.
Our experience was excellent We bought one new and one used card. Dustin was our sales person Tyler was our genius who showed us how things worked and Henry did our financial work. All three were the best we,'ve ever had anyplace
The only place that I will take my car to be serviced. I always feel confident having my care serviced here. They do not try to talk you into unnecessary service. I like that they go over what had been completed and in language that I can understand.
Excellent Service The service department went the extra mile to help me with a few things on my CRV. They also have the best waiting area with great ammenities.
Very positive experience I was treated very well and both the service advisor and the mechanic took the time to care and both of them did a nice job. They also checked with me the next day to make sure that everything was good. Overall an excellent experience.
Attention to my requests Service advisor, Zack Farrington, did a great job of paying attention to my requests for service, and details of my account. He also made sure things happened in a timely manner. When I drove out my 2016 CR-V looked like a new car and drove like one. I was most pleased.
