Service was. Quick and very friendly staff. They also did some software updates.great waiting area. Comfortable and clean. Don't remember service guys name but was very friendly and explained all the updates to me

Routine maintenance to 2017 CRV This is our second Honda CRV - we began using John Hinderer Honda several years ago due to an unsatisfactory experience at a different dealer. Hinderer Honda has always treated us with respect and provided excellent service on our vehicles.
Oil change Service was immediate and we were treated very well. I had not made an appointment and yet I was assisted with my request for service right away.

Great service The technicians are always very helpful and friendly. They take time to explain everything to you and are respectful of your choices. The waiting room is friendly and welcoming.
Friendly and Helpful I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Jordan helped me out however he could, and so did everyone else who handled my purchase! He was very professional, and really fun to talk to, which was helpful because I was really nervous. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming and know what they're doing! No unnecessary waiting, I was in and out in just over an hour. I'm very grateful I went there.
