Same Day Service I bought my Honda Pilot at a dealer in Columbus in 2015 and had it serviced there regularly. I moved to Buckeye Lake in 2019 and needed service but the Columbus dealer couldn’t get me in for at least another week. John Hinderer Honda got me in the same day. Hinderer Honda will now be my go to service provider.
Excellent service I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by a friendly guy who took care of everything quickly and courteously. I was leaving the dealership 30 minutes later.
My Second Purchase here. This is my second car I've purchased from John Hinderer Honda. First car I purchased was a solid car, reliable car. At the time of my first purchase my credit was horrible and they still managed to get me into something. The interest rate was high, but that's a given with bad credit. AWESOME! My first new car & Honda! The BEST car buying experience encountered at the age of 40. I felt welcome, comfortable-the smell of fresh baked cookies in the air ( No joke) fresh cookies on the counter. Beverages, friendliness, a lot of smiles. The employees acted as though they liked their jobs! I feel confident in my purchase, they actually took the time to assure I knew how to work everything properly. The entire process went so smoothly... I’m still in shock! HIGHLY recommend John Hinderer Honda!!!!!!
Quality work done but high “Diag fee” Great quality service, we have taken our van here several times in the past. This time our cruise control was not working and it was because our brake pedal needed shifted (very simple procedure from how it was described) and we were charged a $115 “diag fee”. All the employees were very nice and friendly, very clean facility and we will continue going there. But we have never been charged this fee before and still not sure why we were charged this time.
Awesome Henry was absolutely fantastic and deserves a big fat raise . Dave too he was awesome and Greg kept Matthew and I entertained while we waited for the paperwork showing ya his twins
