New vehicle purchase I have been a John Hinderer customer for 10+ years and I am on my 4th new vehicle purchased there. Tonya H. provided excellent service during the buying experience and I would recommend working with her when looking for a new Honda. Additionally, Taylor M. made the finance part of the experience efficient and enjoyable.
Good purchase experience but not sure about product We called ahead and let them know the specific car we were interested in. The responded right away and I was told to request a specific sales agent. When we arrived this agent was not around and there seemed to be some confusion about what to do with us. After 5-10 minutes the agent and the car showed up and everything went smoothly until we got the car home and all the warning lights went on (we drove it less than 50 miles). A long process The dealership overall is very good. The buying experience takes way to long. The “salesmen “ should have an idea on the wiggle room regarding the price of a vehicle. The running back and forth and waiting is a tediously long process. My time is valuable and in short supply as I am sure is also true of you. It should take no more than 2-2.5 hours to bargain, finance and prep a car.
Happy Customer Dustin Boucher and the support team were incredibly helpful and took the stress out of buying a new car. We just bought a house and week before closing our other vehicle stopped running. Dustin gave us a stress free buying experience and really made us feel as though there was no need to worry. The Genius's and finance team brought the whole transaction home and we'll be sending everyone we know to John Hinderer for there automotive needs!
