Good experience getting new tires. Expected John Hinderer to have more competitive pricing or special promotion on tires, especially Memorial Day weekend. Appreciated Jacobs service and efforts to get a small coupon approved.
Friendly, helpful, and knew his stuff! Jacob was fantastic! He explained everything to me at multiple stages of my service appointment. When they found an issue that needed to be fixed above what I came in for, he was quick to come find me and explain what needed to be done. All of the work was done well and on time!
