My Dream Car! The team at John Hinderer never ceases to amaze us. This was our second purchasing experience at John Hinderer and it was even more delightful than the first. Lease I have used the same salesperson for the past 4 vehicles I have leased. She is great and i will continue going back to her in the future. There was also a young lady who went over all the features on the car and that was very helpful. She did a great job showing me where everything is. And I don’t remember her name.
15k service on 2018 CRV and oil change on 2016 Accord All went well. Everything was done on time - quality, friendly service. Drank coffee and ate ice cream sandwich. Waiting area is very nice and comfortable.
Good service I had purchased a digishield to protect the front of my vehicle. Installation was done over a long period of time & due to my service contract I was able to utilize a rental vehicle for the day. The appointment scheduling, assistance at service desk, and completion of services were all pleasant and well handled.
Making it work! I went to Honda on 05/11/2019, where I worked with Jason Needles and Dustin Boucher. I had previously worked with Dustin a couple months back, but financially we weren’t able to work something out. (Lot of negative equity on a car that had no value) He told me to wait a few months and come back and that’s what I did. Great service , low pressure and a wonderful staff to interact with. Test drove 3 cars (same model) to find the one that felt right. A few hours later I drove it off the lot!
