Pre vacation checkup They were very thorough with my car getting it checked out for my vacation. The only thing that would have gotten them that last star was if they went further in depth on the condition of my tires and breaks I had the paperwork work so all good but I like to hear it to.

Making it work! I went to Honda on 05/11/2019, where I worked with Jason Needles and Dustin Boucher. I had previously worked with Dustin a couple months back, but financially we weren’t able to work something out. (Lot of negative equity on a car that had no value) He told me to wait a few months and come back and that’s what I did. Sittin’ Purdy Kurt was an awesome sales guy, leagues above Lindsay Honda. With his competitive offers, he saved me a trip to VA. Also Chris Banks was a big help discussing options for flip down monitors for the rear entertainment options! Great team! In previous visits to parts, Bob Souls has been awesome to work with!
Buying a new honda CR-V Every one was courteous and helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend this dealership. The young man that explained and showed myself and my husband the vechicle controls was very helpful. I just can’t remember his name.
Good service I had purchased a digishield to protect the front of my vehicle. Installation was done over a long period of time & due to my service contract I was able to utilize a rental vehicle for the day. The appointment scheduling, assistance at service desk, and completion of services were all pleasant and well handled.
Lease I have used the same salesperson for the past 4 vehicles I have leased. She is great and i will continue going back to her in the future. There was also a young lady who went over all the features on the car and that was very helpful. She did a great job showing me where everything is. And I don’t remember her name.
Great service , low pressure and a wonderful staff to interact with. Test drove 3 cars (same model) to find the one that felt right. A few hours later I drove it off the lot!

My Dream Car! The team at John Hinderer never ceases to amaze us. This was our second purchasing experience at John Hinderer and it was even more delightful than the first.
