Great no-pressure experience Jordan Smith was very patient w/ us througout the car buying process. We found ourselves having to buy a vehicle unexpectedly which was stressful in the first place. He helped us figure out what vehicle was the best fit for us without ever pressuring us into a quick purchase. We will return to him and the Hinderer staff in the future, I am sure.
Excellent service We originally came in for regular service on our CRV we are leasing with John Hinderer Honda. As we were waiting, we went to the showroom to see what kind of deals they were having and met the sales associate Jordan Baker. Everyone was a great help. They were very patient with me. I don't like to give five star ratings. Everyone has room to improve, but I could find no area that I didn't think was perfect. Who thinks to put an electrical outlet stand with multiple plugs to charge your phone or laptop. My kids played on their tablets and charged them up. Thanks Jordan, Miguel,and Taylor. Great job!
