Very pleased. Matt Burgoon was extremely helpful the minute my wife and I entered the dealership. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and took his time explaining the features on the 2019 Pilot. Matt is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. Michael Dixon also listened to our needs and was able to make the deal work well for us financially. We are long-time customers of Hinderer and will be returning again as well as recommending Matt, Michael and the dealership to others.

Excellent service Kara was extremely helpful answering questions I had on an existing loan, and went above and beyond my expectations when she didn’t have to! She actually answered all of my financing questions when nobody else got back to me. I appreciate what she did for me!
Acceded expectations Jordan was very friendly and very helpful. This was the first car I bought and he made it the best by far. He was very knowledgeable and very informative. He made sure I knew what everything in the car did and made sure I got something I liked. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I will be back when I’m ready for a new car!
Lease options Kara was great in showing me my lease options. Looking to upgrade but not at this time. She was great in showing me all of my options

Very happy!! I like the on going relationship that I am building with everyone at the dealership, from sales staff (especially Kara) to service. I'm confident that they listen to my needs, and make every effort to meet by expectations. I always feel the staff are happy to see me, including all the gentlemen in the service department.
