Go Bucks! We were happy with the explanation of the vehicle and the knowledge of Chris Banks. The whole experience was good except it was a bit of a marathon. We were already owners of a 2013 CRV so we did not need to much convening of the product we just thought we could have been able to wrap things up in a 2 hour time frame instead of 4 hours. John
