As you wait for your car to get done the last in the break area is very friendly. She is always checking on you to see if you need anything. That makes the wait seem shorter. The wait is usually exactly the amount of time they tell you.

Jacob was thorough from my arrival to my exit. He greeted me when I entered the shop and went over all the reasons for my visit. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, he went over all the work completed and future issues of interest.
