I like the waiting room and availability of the service center. I did not but my car there and I live 40 mins away. I came because it was easier to drive extra than to wait. They forgot my lug nut locks but it wasn’t an issue because I always check before I leave. Additionally, it took about 1:45 mins for a tire change and rotation. I wasn’t mad but Ned time I hope it doesn’t take as long
I am grateful & thankful to have a Matthew as my salesman. He took time to carefully explain all the options for the crv I was considering & answered all many questions. I would highly recommend him to my friends.

Joe is an outstanding salesman, I could have not asked for a better buying experience, he answered all my questions and concerns with no hesitation, explained everything thoroughly and was never pushy. (He even provided food and snacks for my pregnant other half). I look forward to my next buying experience with joe !

The dealership looked like most other dealerships; but was staffed completely with knowledgeable and helpful people. They were clear and transparent and make the car buying process easy. Matt Nelson did a fantastic job helping find the car I was looking for.
