I like the waiting room and availability of the service center. I did not but my car there and I live 40 mins away. I came because it was easier to drive extra than to wait. They forgot my lug nut locks but it wasn’t an issue because I always check before I leave. Additionally, it took about 1:45 mins for a tire change and rotation. I wasn’t mad but Ned time I hope it doesn’t take as long
Friendly staff. Eric made the whole experience enjoyable.He was very helpful finding us a car and taking us through the process.
