Throughout the process, John consistently responded to my inquiries whether it was his responsibility (seller info, title info, etc) or not, regardless of the time of day or night. I struggled with a number of things throughout this purchase, but my loan and the lending experience absolutely was not one of those things. I had a chance to go with a lower rate on my loan at the last minute, but I gladly spent more, because I knew I had a good business partnership with John and PRMI.

This is the second time we've worked with John and it was extremely helpful. My wife and I are fairly young and don't quite understand every little aspect of buying a home and the loan process, so it's been important to work with John who is someone we trust. He's very caring and patient. I'm sure we asked the dumbest of questions, but he always answered them and made sure we understood so we could make a healthy decision for our family. I highly recommend him.
