We have bought and sold two houses on the way up the property ladder. I am so glad we found John and Guaranteed Rate. The process has changed since my last loan 12 years ago. John and his team made the refinancing process very easy and painless. He walked me through the different options and gave me his expert advice but I never felt pressured in any way. In fact, he discouraged me from refinancing my rental home because he felt it would not be in my financial best interest.

John and his team did an amazing job of locking in a rate and then running us through the process. Even with COVID19, the process was simple, easy and streamlined. Having the ability to just post documents and then be done was a real help and simplified the user experience....much easier than a big money center bank. Would highly recommend John and team. In fact, as i was going through the process, i recommended John to several friends / family and they do are in the process of closing their loans.
