We had a lot of hurdles to overcome! His ability to find us a loan that fit our financial situation was so helpful. He was clear and concise. Everything he said would happen, did. I can't think of one thing he could have done better, well maybe not work on a Saturday(the morning of his daughter's birthday) to make sure we were able to sign our loan docs and keep the process moving so we could close on time. 🙂 Above & beyond John!! John is the best and I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their lending needs.

The experience I had working with John was simply amazing. John Sutherland did a fantastic job getting us into a new house, It was complicated by another house in Temecula California needing to close on refinancing by the buyers daughter due to buyers co-signature that required delicate coordination. John did a superb job in handling both the buyers daughter refinance and the buyer own house in Sonoma. His persistence and patience were extraordinary.
