Moving across the country to Colorado makes for a lot of moving parts. John and his team made the process of buying a home as "easy" as we could have asked for. I have gone through the home purchase previously, but not with a new build. John talked us through the process and cleared up some of the differences. You have to have a strong team when buying or selling a property and John and his should be a part of yours!

I needed a conventional loan while utilizing an FHA down payment assistance program and John worked with me to accomplish this. This opened up the scope of possibilities for me in buying a home and I was able to get into a home in less than 2 months. I am pleased with the level of customer service I received and John was always quick to get back to me as this was my first time home buying experience and I had a lot of questions.

Very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had. Worked with us for 5 months until we found the place we wanted. We will definately contact him if we are ever in the market for another house or I need to refinance our existing one.
