I needed a conventional loan while utilizing an FHA down payment assistance program and John worked with me to accomplish this. This opened up the scope of possibilities for me in buying a home and I was able to get into a home in less than 2 months. I am pleased with the level of customer service I received and John was always quick to get back to me as this was my first time home buying experience and I had a lot of questions.
