Mr. Travis did an amazing job! My wife and I highly recommend him. He helped out so much and took a lot of the worry out of the equation! He really helped us out with understanding the VA loan. If he did not know the answer to one of our questions (which was very seldom), he returned with an answer in a very timely manner.

John was very instrumental in making sure all the pertinent documents were ready for closing. He ensured that any requests from the underwriters were responded to immediately and contained the pertinent information. I have used John in the past and never have had a problem with closing on time. I would definitely use John again on my next purchase of property.

Had a great experience working with John on closing on my new house. He did a great job walking through the entire loan process from start to finish, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. On multiple occasions when out house hunting, John on-the-spot was able to email me an estimated loan breakdown for that particular house, even on weekends. When he and I had first started working together, I had almost given up on buying a home, and was going to continue to rent. John introduced me to a grant program that I was able to qualify for that put everything together and made it possible for me to buy a home for the same amount I was renting for.He was very helpful with paperwork I didn't understand. He answered all of my questions, any time throughout the day by email, phone, and in some cases via text.

John was wonderful. I had some credit issues that needed to be resolved in addition to some time constraints. I had put a contract on a new home contingent on the sale of my old home. My old home sold quickly and the buyers wanted to accelerate the closing, which meant that the financing on the new house had to be accelerated also.
