We always have a good experience at John V and our go to salesman Ed Smrekar!
The salesmen was great.I just was not happy they wanted 129.00 dollars to deliver it to my house.Because that would be going right by my place on their way to erie. So now i have to drive up to erie to pick up my recliner

Brian was very patient and helpful with my many visits and did a great job helping me find the exact furniture that fit my needs. Then, Ken expertly helped me coordinate the fabric of each piece to blend with my existing décor. Everyone else that I spoke with were very friendly. Thank you for great service!
Good service and price
We purchased a sectional sofa and were very impressed with Julie R. And Ken M. Who helped us figure out how to fit our new sectional in a room with little alternatives. Julie certainly knows what she is doing and Ken helped a lot with color and design! I would highly recommend them to help you when making a decision on furniture!! We were very impressed!!
Jamie greeted us after a few minutes of us looking around the store....she was fantastic - - gave us a bit of information, but didn't hover over us.....let us check things out and would periodically check back in with us. When we were ready with questions she helped SOOOOO much. She helped a lot and was very patient with us. 5 Stars for Jamie
