Exactly what I was looking for. John was excellent, an actual technician with diagnostic equipment. Very thorough, explained to me what he found I needed to improve efficiency. I had no doubt that he knew what he was doing. Would prefer John be my tech for all future check ups.

Great company We have been using John Waters for many years now. I hired them after another company wanted to replace my furnace that was still working, and I wanted another opinion. John Waters recommended keeping it, and it lasted 3 or 4 more years. It may not have been as efficient, but "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." John Waters has always given us great service at a great price. We trust them. ...

Excellent! Very courteous and professional technician. Arrived during the scheduled time slot. Returned the next day to fix a problem he discovered during the inspection.
