Found the problem, got the part and fixed it same day. Fixed the problem misdiagnosed by another company and fixed it within a few hours. Saved money by joining their service program. Will use again.

Excellent All technicians are professional. When an equipment problem does arise, managers are good to work with. We have purchased from John Waters, 3 A/C units, furnace and two house re-wires.

Outstanding service from John Waters as usual I have used John Waters for years and they are the best. I've been tempted by Groupons or cheaper offers but stick with them because of the high quality, dependable, reliable and timely service. I recommend them to friends all the time.

Easy and pleasant John was on time, worked quickly, was very professional and got our heat running (motor replacement) in about an hour. I am very happy with the service.
