Knights in shining armor, twice! I called John Waters after another HVAC company came out and ripped me off. The other guys came out to check on my AC, they said I had a bad freon leak and charged me over $400 to fill it with freon. I didn't let them "fix the leak" because that was going to be way more. Great product This product is great. The installers were on time, very courteous to my wife and I and very knowledgeable. They went through and showed us all the spots where air was coming in and escaping in my house with an infrared camera. That was neat. Then after they were finished they showed me how everything was sealed up. Very good company to work with. Thanks guys

WOW! Cool Stuff! Loved it! They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, can't even see any holes! After getting more than 7 other estimates they had the best price and a far better product. I've already seen a big difference in our electric bill. I should have done this a LONG TIME AGO! A+++++

covered by warranty but they said it wasn't They did a very thorough job of diagnosing a failed expansion valve on my Bryant AC, but said the parts were not covered by warranty. The company that installed the AC assured me that I had a 10 year warranty (it had only been 7 years). I pushed some more and convinced waters electric that I was covered by the warranty. After they insulated my crawlspace I found areas with no insulation at all. After they came out a second time and "fixed" it, I again found areas with no insulation at all. They did not answer calls and did not return messages - I had to go to their office to speak to someone. After scheduling a third trip, no one came and no one called. Now they are not answering their phone, not returning...

would not recommend I was charged $209 for 30 minutes work. There were NO parts used. The tech worked for 30 minutes, cleaned out a vacuum line by blowing into the line. I called and asked why this was so expensive. Got no answers and was told I would get a call back from a higher up. Never got a call back. Would not recommend this company at all!!! This company is HORRIBLE! My friends house recently got injected. The foam continued to expand for weeks and bowed the drywall out to where it is unrepairable, and unliveable! They are not claiming responsibility and trying to claim that the house has been leaking for two years.
