John Waters staff communicate clearly about appointments, arrive on time, answer all my questions, and assure reliability and safety of HVAC. John Abell is a knowledgeable technician and very personable professional. He provides good service and customer care. I highlly recommend HVAC contract service - worry free maintenance of critical systems. They have been there for me in crises (put in a generator during an ice storm) and for regular maintenance.

on time, thorough, professionsal the technician was right on time and identified himself and The John Waters Company at the start. He very thoroughly check my system and gave the air conditioning coils a bath. He was constantly noting things in his pad about my system. He said everything check out satisfactorily.

Best HVAC Company Around We have always been pleased with the service we have received during our regular maintenance clean and checks on our furnace and A/C. This is the first time we had to make an actual service call for our A/C going out. They had someone here in under 2 hours who did a thorough job inspecting the issue and found only one part needed replacing without having to replace the entire 18 year old unit,...
