Henry Ford himself would be extremely proud of the service department at Johnson City Ford ! I'd taken my 2019 Ford Fusion in for a routine oil change, when my service advisor, Joe Harless , discovered a potentially big problem. He explained everything to me and got me scheduled for a detailed inspection. Joe confirmed that I indeed needed major work done, and got me into a loaner car right away. Absolutely the best service you could ask for. Anthony helped us pick out a vehicle we wanted and answered all of our questions. Nick in Finance did a great job and Dewayne the sales manager was great too. I love my new Escape and I'm absolutely greatful for all they did to make buying a new vehicle so easy.

The entire experience was wonderful and the staff was amazing and kind. We drove from Charlotte to do business because the service was so great and they truly worked with us in our budget.
