He is a very personable person and my husband and I have been so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. If Chuck suggests anything during my visit I won’t hesitate to proceed with the desired request. Also the facilities here are exceptional. The large lobby offers so many conveniences. I would recommend Johnson City Ford to anyone who desires to be treated #1!
