Henry Ford himself would be extremely proud of the service department at Johnson City Ford ! I'd taken my 2019 Ford Fusion in for a routine oil change, when my service advisor, Joe Harless , discovered a potentially big problem. He explained everything to me and got me scheduled for a detailed inspection. Joe confirmed that I indeed needed major work done, and got me into a loaner car right away. Absolutely the best service you could ask for. Anthony helped us pick out a vehicle we wanted and answered all of our questions.
