I have purchased many vehicles in my life time and I went to Johnson City ford and seen Keith and got the best deal that I have ever got! If you want a good deal and a good price go see Keith he will make it happen and he's very professional and goes over the vehicle very well with you. I will definitely get my next vehicle from him!!!
He got everything done before I got there and I was in and out in about 30 minutes!! Would highly recommend going to see Keith if your looking for a new vehicle my family has bought several vehicles from him when he worked at another dealership and even bought from him at this one!! Great Service Staff! Service writer set an appointment for 7 days out, they were able to work me in in 2 days and finished completely before my appointment time ever arrived. This turned out to be a much bigger project than we first expected and the staff communicated each next step clearly and effectively. The pricing of the parts and their labor was fair and in line with the market rates.
