Told my Salesman What I was looking for plus price range. He contacted me back a few minutes later said he found it plus 4 wheel drive. So I drove up from Florida couple days later. It was a quick and hassle free service. Johnson city ford is our go to place for now on.

I bought my 2017 Ford Escape in October of 2017 and had a wonderful experience with Johnson City Ford. However, I have to take a minute and brag on the customer service I received at the service department today. I took my car for an oil change, and one of the nice men working noticed that my car was not very clean on the outside (I park on a gravel road, and park under a tree that gets my car dirty) I explained to him the situation and he offered to wash my car for me if I didn't mind spending some extra time waiting.
