RecommendedAfter looking at 2 other dealerships for a F150 I came across JC Ford website. I submitted my request and the next morning Mackenzie Dockery emailed me and called. We worked out a truck I wanted and the price. We went the next day and we met our on site sales Matt McCracken who took great care of us. Matt Cornnett in finance actually got us a lower interest rate than our Credit Union. This is a great place to do business and I will be recommend them to everyone
I've had my 2013 Ford Focus in the dealerships so many times in VA but since moving back to JC for the 3rd time, JC ford has the best service department I've ever experienced. They took care of me like a 4 star hotel valet. I'm grateful for such great service in our community.
