What a great dealership. We were able to find a vehicle in our price range and it had all our requirements and when we had problems with it right after getting it, they took care of the problems to make it a worthy purchase. We had an INCREDIBLE experience at Johnson City Ford!!! Honestly expected to be hit with an outrageous interest rate and payment we could not afford. Instead they worked tirelessly and got us an amazing interest rate and affordable payment too!!! They were also wonderfully patient with us while our 3 children were....shall we say less than quiet and still :)
