This is hands down the best forward sales division I've ever been to only buy Ford and I was treated with the upmost respect by all of the members there and a young girl named Sarah was very sweet thank you

So I bought my fourth vehicle and a boat there (yes a boat) and I must say there service keeps me coming back. Three of my friends also bought vehicles there and service them there as well. We all feel the same! Keep up the great work!

What a Service Department! So friendly. So helpful. So accommodating! I recently received tires, brakes, and an oil change at Johnson City Ford and I am beyond pleased with the entire experience! I would highly recommend this organization!!

Had a great experience buying my first car at Johnson City Ford. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or salesman. Big thanks to Matt McCracken for all of the hard work he put in to not only please me and get me a good deal, but also for making me a lifetime customer. I owe you one, Matt. Every employee I came into contact with was beyond nice and did everything to make me happy and I appreciate the hard work put in from everybody to please me.
